We have adopted and developed a mutually beneficial indigenous relations policy which allows us to identify and develop adept individuals. Purposely developing and maintaining effective communications and associated business relationships with indigenous communities is imperative to Avenge Energy Services to achieve our strategic business objectives. 
 
 
Indigenous Business
We strive to develop and maintain indigenous business partnerships within the communities and area in which we work. Avenge has Mutual Respect Agreements with several indigenous communities. We continue to work towards identifying and pursuing more partnerships in the areas in which we work to further enhance our relationships with the people in which we interact.

Hiring Commitment
Avenge Energy Services collaborates with our Indigenous communities to maximize employment by identifying and developing adept members of local indigenous bands. We support strategies and programs that build capacity in indigenous communities and enhance their ability to benefit from economic opportunities associated with the industries we serve.
