Safety is always our top priority, and the foundation to which we will continue to be successful. Goal Zero is our aim to achieve zero harm to people and the environment, to build a strong safety culture, and mitigate critical HSE risks.

Safety at Avenge starts at the top and is everyone's responsibility to our organization. All of our team works together proactively to prevent incidents as we encourage and expect our team to keep each other accountable.  Our training begins in the classroom, followed by the proactive development of processes on the job. This allows our employees to engage in both the theory and hands-on development to gain the necessary skills to perform each task safely and successfully.
 
The necessary procedures, tools, equipment, and supports ensure that we are successful on each and every worksite we enter. OUr knowledgeable field management team is never more than a step away, providing mentorship and assistance when required.
 
Avenge Energy Services is no generic company. We are a dynamic organization with many moving parts. Our scope of work is constantly growing and changing.
